French Interpreter – Remote (Work From Home)

About the role

We are seeking a fluent French Interpreter to join our remote team and support international clients through live call interpretation. This position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while handling inbound calls from US helpline numbers.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret live inbound calls between English and French with accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
• Deliver complete and clear messages while maintaining call flow according to client guidelines.
• Manage sensitive or emergency situations calmly and professionally.
• Ensure punctuality and availability for scheduled rotational shifts, including nights.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Native or fluent proficiency in both English and French.
• Strong grasp of cultural nuances, idiomatic expressions, and tone.
• Excellent listening, note‑taking, and communication abilities.
• Ability to remain neutral, calm, and professional during calls.

Required skills

• Fluency in English and French (B2 or higher).
