Field Supervisor – Construction

About the role

The Field Supervisor – Construction will oversee on‑site construction activities across large‑scale infrastructure projects in India. You will coordinate field teams, monitor progress, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction and installation activities at project sites.
• Monitor daily progress, identify challenges, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with contractors, technicians, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Enforce safety guidelines, quality standards, and operational procedures on site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and compliance.
• Support planning and scheduling of field activities, resources, and materials.
• Track project milestones, report risks, and provide status updates.
• Resolve on‑site issues by working with internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records of construction activities.
• Promote a strong safety culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in construction supervision, site management, or installation projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety practices, and quality requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, project plans, and specifications.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities.
