About the role
The Field Application Engineer – Machine Vision will work directly with customers to commission, calibrate, and maintain advanced vision equipment. Acting as the bridge between client needs and the engineering team, you will ensure reliable and high‑performance vision solutions are delivered on‑site.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in on‑site commissioning, calibration, and maintenance of machine vision systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for gathering client requirements and communicating technical details to the engineering team.
- Provide troubleshooting support and ensure optimal performance of installed equipment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to tailor solutions to specific application needs.
Required profile
- Diploma, associate degree or higher in a technical or engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Optical, Computer Science, or related).
- Strong communication abilities and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
