About the role

Join Marriott International as an F&B and Events Service Expert, delivering memorable dining and event experiences for guests at our St. Regis property in Goa. You will be the front‑line ambassador, ensuring every interaction—from table setting to service delivery—enhances the overall guest journey.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange dining areas, tables, and event spaces according to standards.
• Communicate guest orders accurately to the kitchen and coordinate timing.
• Serve food and beverages, respond to guest requests, and ensure satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and follow health‑safety protocols.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on‑site service support.
• Adhere to uniform, appearance, and professional communication guidelines.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Less than one year of related hospitality or food‑service experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move on varied surfaces for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance.
• Commitment to safety, quality standards, and company policies.
