F&B and Event Service Expert

About the role

The F&B and Event Service Expert creates memorable guest experiences by delivering seamless food, beverage and event services at JW Marriott Goa. You will work across banquet, conference and special event functions, ensuring every detail contributes to a unique and enjoyable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Set up tables, event materials and coordinate with the kitchen to prepare service areas.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all company, safety and security policies; report maintenance issues, accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Support team members to achieve common goals and ensure quality standards are met.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant food‑and‑beverage or event service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift and carry objects up to 25 lb without assistance.
