About the role
The Executive/Sr. Executive – Modernization Sales role drives business growth for elevator modernization projects across key Indian markets. You will work directly with builders, architects, and commercial or residential customers to identify opportunities and close contracts. The position requires close coordination with installation teams to ensure project delivery and timely payment collection.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business for elevator modernization projects.
- Meet builders, architects, and commercial/residential customers to present solutions.
- Handle customer meetings, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Coordinate with installation teams and ensure timely payment collections.
Required profile
- 4+ years of B2C field sales experience in building, construction, elevator, or related industries such as multi‑level car parking or heavy machinery.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Engineering.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
