Executive/Assistant Manager – Design of Hydraulic Power Units

About the role

We are looking for an Executive/Assistant Manager to lead the design of Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs) for Bosch Rexroth India. The role involves translating customer specifications into reliable, high‑performance power‑unit solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop HPUs in line with project requirements and customer specifications.
• Create General Arrangement (GA) drawings, detailed manufacturing drawings and 3‑D models using Creo and other CAD tools.
• Maintain and enhance standard modules, design templates, engineering databases and standardisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve design issues, implement engineering changes and ensure timely project delivery.
• Continuously improve product designs by incorporating lessons learned, customer feedback and best engineering practices.
• Ensure all drawings and technical documentation comply with internal standards such as DCCS and AB St.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field.
• Proven experience in hydraulic system design, preferably with power units.
• Strong ability to work in cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Creo and other CAD software.
• Expertise in creating GA and detailed manufacturing drawings.
• 3‑D modelling and visualization skills.
• Knowledge of hydraulic power‑unit design principles.
