About the role

The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for end‑to‑end export operations and overall warehouse management at Nestlé’s Moga facility. The role ensures accurate inventory, hygiene standards, and smooth coordination with head office and transport partners.

Key responsibilities

Maintain factory inventory accuracy for BD exports and domestic seals.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the BD area.
Align dispatches, including indenting and execution, with head office and transporters.
Manage BD complaints and on‑time delivery (OTR) issues.
Track all contracts and agreements, ensuring vendor SES against valid purchase orders.
Process all purchase requisitions for material and services, follow up on PO status with local and head‑office buyers, and provide supporting documentation.
Keep records of PR/PO, contract quantities, validity, expiry dates and renewals.
Prepare DIER documentation and manage pallet operations.
