Executive Logistics – Supply Chain Scheduler

About the role

This position is responsible for managing inventory levels of raw materials and component families, ensuring material availability to meet the Master Production Schedule and customer demand.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust inventory levels for raw materials and components, following up on MPS achievement.
• Set up appropriate inventory targets and lead reduction initiatives for assigned families.
• Measure Supplier Service Rate (SSR) and develop action plans to improve supplier performance.
• Plan weekly forecasts for suppliers based on sales, inventory, and operations planning.
• Track daily material arrivals, ensure on‑time shipments, and communicate precise information to suppliers.
• Participate in logistics/purchasing meetings and follow up on related action plans.
• Support implementation of supply‑chain tools such as Pull flow, Kanban, EDI, and Milk run.
• Define inbound transportation plans with the external flow analyst.
• Assist with inventory counting and maintain inventory accuracy in coordination with ERP and inventory control analysts.
• Alert sales during crises, define priorities, and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain regular supplier contacts, propose logistics protocols, and ensure backup coverage during holidays.

Required profile

• Responsibility for inventory management of raw materials and components.
• Ability to follow up daily on material availability and supplier performance.
• Experience attending logistics and purchasing meetings and driving action plans.
• Capability to communicate clearly with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
