Executive – Distribution (Outbound Logistics & Warehousing)

About the role

Responsible for meeting key performance parameters for TL operations and health, including STO ageing, critical SKU compliance, truck turnaround time, volume damage per MT, commercial management, capex purchases, timely payments, and safety/operations audit compliance in coordination with CFA team and 3PL partners.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor deliveries from TL to depot, coordinate with OBL team for placements, and track goods receipts and damages with sales depots.
• Ensure dispatch accuracy at product level by coordinating with CFA team and 3PL partners.
• Track old stock, generate regular reports, and facilitate timely disposal in coordination with CFA and 3PL partners.
• Raise in‑transit delay debit notes on transporters and manage insurance claim settlements.
• Oversee new product and purchase product stock allocations, and support 5S improvements at TL.
• Coordinate audit closure, non‑compliance remediation, and DDD stock dispatch to RP Centre.
• Manage purchase orders, bill clearance, vendor payments, and budget utilization tracking.
• Prepare financial closure reports, quarterly stock‑take activities, and provision reports.

Required profile

• Graduate in Science or Commerce (essential).
• Post‑graduate diploma in Materials Management (desired).
• Functional competency with Excel, Word, SAP, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholder coordination.
