Executive Assistant to Director

About the role

The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary operational and administrative link between the Director and the company’s business activities in India and the United Arab Emirates. The role demands sound judgment, absolute discretion, and the ability to coordinate stakeholders across geographies while managing the Director’s daily priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and daily priorities across IST and GST, preparing agendas and briefing notes.
• Record meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Serve as the point of contact for partners, clients, consultants, and vendors in India and the UAE, coordinating cross‑border meetings, calls, and documentation.
• Handle visa processing, travel logistics, and on‑ground support for India‑UAE trips, remaining reachable across time zones.
• Maintain organized records of agreements, correspondence, and confidential business documentation.
• Coordinate internally with HR, finance, and operations on behalf of the Director and track deliverables.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Coordinator, or similar role.
• Graduate in any discipline; a business administration background is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Valid Indian passport with willingness to travel to the UAE as required.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram for a full‑time, in‑office position.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
