English, Soft Skills & Employability Trainer

About the role

Skilldemy, a skill development institute for +2 students, is seeking an energetic trainer to help students speak confidently, communicate clearly and prepare for the workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct classes in spoken English, grammar and workplace communication.
• Train students in soft‑skills such as etiquette, teamwork, presentation, confidence and time management.
• Teach basic HR and career‑readiness topics including resume writing, interview preparation, group discussions and workplace etiquette.
• Plan engaging sessions with role‑plays, mock interviews and group activities.
• Track student progress and support placement goals.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline (English preferred).
• Excellent spoken English and clear communication in Malayalam and English.
• Teaching or training experience preferred; freshers with strong potential can apply.
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and interview processes (an added advantage).
• Patient, approachable, punctual and a good team player.
