Engineering Manager – ServiceNow IRM (Cyber Transformation)

About the role

Deloitte Cyber is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the delivery of ServiceNow IRM solutions within its Cyber Strategy & Transformation practice. You will guide multidisciplinary teams to design, build, test, deploy and support secure, scalable technology platforms that enable clients to meet regulatory and risk‑management objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams through the full software development lifecycle, ensuring high‑quality, secure solutions.
• Manage project delivery plans, prioritize workstreams and coordinate execution across multiple initiatives.
• Partner with product owners, architects, cyber specialists and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Define and enforce engineering standards, delivery controls and quality practices.
• Coach engineers and technical leads to improve consistency, issue resolution and overall team performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience in software or platform engineering, preferably within cyber technology delivery.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams or managing delivery workstreams.
• Proven experience managing application development, system integration or platform implementation programs.
• Strong background in Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog management and release coordination.
