Duty Manager – Guest Relations

About the role

The Duty Manager – Guest Relations oversees all guest‑relation activities during assigned shifts at Adani Airports. The role ensures seamless service delivery, handles guest concerns in real time, and guarantees that operational procedures are followed to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with key clients, government officials and media representatives through regular communication.
• Ensure all guest‑relations staff adhere to company policies, safety regulations and privacy laws.
• Prepare, submit and store required documentation for permits and approvals, coordinating statutory clearances with relevant departments and agencies.
• Supervise daily passenger‑service operations, delivering exceptional experiences for all guests, especially VIP and VVIP travelers.
• Monitor service quality, staff performance and compliance with established standards.
• Address issues promptly, managing crises professionally and maintaining service continuity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in guest relations, hospitality or airport passenger services.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with external stakeholders.
• Excellent knowledge of safety, privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Leadership capability to monitor and guide staff performance during shifts.
• Ability to handle high‑pressure situations and resolve guest concerns swiftly.
