Director of People & Culture – Mumbai Airport

About the role

We are seeking a Director of People & Culture to lead the HR function at our Radisson RED hotel at Mumbai International Airport. The role combines strategic vision with a focus on building a positive workplace culture and supporting the personal and professional growth of our team.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of the Human Resources department, overseeing all functional areas to the highest standards.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with hotel targets and drive performance.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, fostering a culture of growth, development and high performance.
• Own the HR budget and training plan, collaborating with management to evaluate team performance.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.
• Review and advise on resourcing, compensation, development, training and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and best‑practice activities, preparing documentation for internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent leadership skills with a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example approach.
