Director of Finance

About the role

The Director of Finance will lead the Finance & Accounting Division of Hyatt Regency Jaipur Mansarovar, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. This senior position is responsible for delivering high‑quality financial management while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Maintain compliance with corporate financial policies and local regulations.
• Provide strategic financial analysis to support business decisions and growth initiatives.
• Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless financial integration.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Finance, Hospitality, or Tourism management.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Director of Finance or Finance Manager in a large operation.
• Strong problem‑solving, administrative, and interpersonal abilities.
