DevOps Engineer (Level 3)

About the role

The DevOps Engineer L3 will work closely with application teams and developers to improve coordination between operations, development and testing. The focus is on automating and streamlining integration and deployment processes through robust CI/CD practices.

Key responsibilities

• Align and drive continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) across the application lifecycle.
• Plan, build and manage the DevOps pipeline covering planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration and monitoring.
• Manage IT infrastructure required for supported software components.
• On‑board applications onto DevOps tools and configure them to meet client requirements.
• Create and manage user access workflows following defined processes.
• Engineer and customize DevOps tools based on client specifications.
• Collaborate with developers to write scripts that connect code, operating systems and production environments.
• Leverage automation tools for testing and deployment in a DevOps environment.
• Provide timely support to internal and external customers, resolve tickets within agreed TAT and follow escalation procedures.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and troubleshoot critical or repeatable issues.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and toolchains.
• Ability to work across multiple platforms and environments.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to timely issue resolution.
• Proven problem‑solving skills and ability to follow escalation processes.
