Décor Sales Officer – Home Décor Showroom

About the role

The Décor Sales Officer will lead the sales performance of a home‑decor showroom, ensuring the store team drives category revenue while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position reports directly to store staff and acts as the single point of contact for operational and dealer‑related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Drive store‑level GMV and revenue through effective staff coaching and performance management.
• Maintain customer conversion indices and execute on‑ground demand‑generation activities.
• Service dealers, maintain Dealer Health Cards, and coordinate issue resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee hygiene standards, operational excellence, and digital journey utilization for customer conversion.
• Lead team training, grooming, and recruitment in partnership with the central training team.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior salesperson in a home‑decor showroom.
• Ability to manage multiple customers at various sales stages.
• Outstanding negotiation, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Team‑player with strong leadership qualities.
