Data Solutions Analyst – Hybrid (Bangalore)

About the role

This role serves as a critical bridge between the Sales, Product, and Analyst teams, ensuring data‑related requests are accurately submitted, properly prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner. As the first point of contact for APAC data validation inquiries, you will own the triage process, represent the team on customer calls, and champion internal alignment on both public and proprietary data across the APAC digital advertising market.

Key responsibilities

• Assess incoming data tickets for completeness, clarity, and accuracy.
• Review and triage data validation tickets to the appropriate Lead Analysts.
• Develop and maintain a ticket prioritization framework to focus on high‑impact issues.
• Collaborate with Lead Analysts to compare and align public and internal datasets.
• Participate in APAC sales calls to address data insights and provide actionable product feedback.
• Support cross‑functional initiatives between Sales, Product, Analysts, and Data Science teams.
• Provide feedback to improve internal data tools and customer experience.
• Monitor mobile app and advertising trends to identify actionable insights for customers.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in advertising technology or related fields.
• Hands‑on experience with the Indian market and familiarity with local channel mix, CPMs, and category spend volumes.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and validation.
• Ability to work with sales teams and customers to explain data insights under time‑sensitive conditions.
• Strong research skills to synthesize market trends, competitor data, and industry benchmarks.
• Knowledge of digital advertising and mobile marketing KPIs such as impressions, CPM, CTR, and ROAS.
