About the role

At PwC, the Data Architect in the Data & Analytics Advisory practice will lead the design and development of robust data solutions for clients in Chennai. The role focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights through advanced data engineering techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data infrastructure, pipelines, and integration solutions.
• Develop data transformation processes for data warehouses and data lakes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure data quality and alignment with business objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end quality engineering for enterprise data applications.
• Drive innovation by applying emerging technologies in data analytics.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in data engineering or data quality engineering.
• Proven ability to lead data projects and work with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data governance.
