D365 F&O SCM Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant with 6–8 years of industry experience. The role involves leading end‑to‑end implementations for manufacturing and warehousing clients, both domestically and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end implementation of D365 F&O SCM modules for manufacturing and warehousing clients.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications (FRD and FDD).
• Collaborate with finance, production, and warehousing teams to design scalable supply‑chain solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, discussions, and user‑training sessions with domestic and international stakeholders.
• Configure SCM modules including procurement, inventory management, product information, and warehouse management.
• Ensure successful project delivery with high client satisfaction.
• Provide support during UAT, go‑live, and post‑go‑live stages.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in D365 F&O with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management modules.
• Hands‑on experience with Indian manufacturing and warehousing clients and exposure to European business processes.
• Strong documentation skills, including functional requirement documents (FRD) and functional design documents (FDD).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability in client handling, stakeholder engagement, and business analysis.
• Willingness and flexibility for domestic and international travel as required.
