Cyber Security GTM Enablement Lead (Product-Led)

About the role

CloudSEK is looking for a senior professional to bridge the gap between product innovation and go‑to‑market execution. You will ensure GTM teams can quickly understand, articulate, and sell the business impact of new cybersecurity features. The role combines product translation, enablement content creation, live coaching, and feedback to product.

Key responsibilities

• Translate product updates into clear business impact, revenue messaging, and 30‑second sales pitches.
• Create concise enablement assets such as 5‑7 minute Loom videos, one‑pager guides, objection‑response playbooks, and deal‑specific guidance for enterprise and mid‑market.
• Provide live coaching on sales calls, role‑plays, and real‑time feedback to improve narrative and positioning.
• Maintain a tight feedback loop with product teams, surfacing customer confusion, value perception, and gaps in packaging or pricing.

Required profile

• 10+ years in Pre‑Sales, Product, Product Marketing or GTM Enablement.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as attack surface, threat intelligence, Initial Attack Vectors, exposure management and SaaS security.
• Proven track record of training and coaching sales teams with strong storytelling ability.
• Comfortable challenging both sales and product teams respectfully.
