About the role
The position involves handling inbound voice calls for U.S. healthcare customers during night hours. The focus is on delivering professional, empathetic, and accurate support without sales pressure or targets.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from U.S. healthcare clients and resolve their queries efficiently.
- Provide clear, courteous, and accurate information while maintaining a neutral or U.S.-friendly accent.
- Maintain documentation of interactions and follow established procedures.
Required profile
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) with a neutral or U.S.-friendly accent.
- Minimum education: 12th pass; graduation or diploma is a plus.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.
- Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior experience.
What we offer
- Salary range: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 per month.
- Travel allowance, subsidized meals, and free cab drop.
- Attendance bonus of ₹1,000 per month and annual bonus up to ₹15,000.
- PF & ESI coverage.
