Customer Success Trainee

About the role

Join Benchmark Gensuite as a Customer Success Trainee and help customers adopt ESG digital transformation solutions. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and partners to ensure successful implementation and support.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and understand customer requirements.
• Draft Business Requirement Documentation (BRD) for project specifications.
• Provide application and functional support to Benchmark customers.
• Communicate requirements to the development team and scope feasibility.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing for updates.
• Troubleshoot and escalate user inquiries via email, phone, or tracking tools.

Required profile

• B.E/B.Tech degree in information science or computer science.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time‑management abilities.
