About the role

Candidate will handle concerns and complaints raised by customers and merchants on a day‑to‑day basis, ensuring tasks are closed within the defined turnaround time while delivering a good customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Resolve day‑to‑day queries of customers/merchants via call or chat.
Oversee daily management of campaigns and maintain brand consistency.
Ensure brand consistency in copy through appropriate tone, voice, and terminology.
Develop and implement timelines to achieve targets.

Required profile

Any graduate.
1+ years of experience in customer support.
High level of drive, initiative, and self‑motivation.
Exceptional multi‑tasking and strong problem‑solving skills.
