Coupa Program Manager – Afternoon Shift

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Coupa Administrator to own and strategically lead our Coupa ecosystem, driving a world‑class Procure‑to‑Pay function. The role works the US afternoon shift to support US stakeholders and serves as the primary expert on Coupa performance, roadmap, and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Assume primary ownership of the Coupa platform, ensuring day‑to‑day stability and long‑term improvements.
• Architect and implement end‑to‑end P2P solutions, manage feature adoption and release cycles.
• Guide the Procurement team on process optimization and strategic platform configuration.
• Mentor and upskill team members handling Coupa operations.
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues, including integration troubleshooting.
• Maintain and optimize core Coupa configurations such as business rules, approval chains, and supplier data.
• Monitor data quality across supplier catalogs and accounting structures.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks in Workday Financials to support the finance team.
• Create and own documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices.

Required profile

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience in Coupa with progressive responsibility for platform ownership.
• Deep expertise in Coupa modules, including Procure‑to‑Order, and their architecture.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, especially within Procurement.
• Strong knowledge of system configuration, business rules, complex approval workflows, user roles, and integration points.
• Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to team members.
• Excellent problem‑solving, documentation, and communication skills.
