Corporate Communications Officer (India)

About the role
Shape SCG’s voice in India across internal and external communications. You will craft compelling content, support campaigns and events, coordinate with media and agency partners, and ensure all messaging aligns with SCG’s regional brand.
Key responsibilities
- Develop content for announcements, thought leadership pieces, case studies and executive messaging.
- Manage internal communication channels such as newsletters, intranet updates and town‑hall events to boost employee engagement.
- Support external communications by preparing press materials, coordinating media relations and creating campaign assets.
- Partner with business leaders to highlight innovation, sustainability initiatives and customer impact.
- Track media coverage and campaign KPIs, producing performance reports and actionable learnings.
- Align all outputs with regional brand guidelines, manage agency relationships and oversee creative workflows, including crisis communications support when required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field; portfolio or writing samples are a plus.
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Comfortable using digital publishing tools and basic analytics; new graduates with initiative are encouraged to apply.
