Construction Manager – Project Planning & Execution

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead the planning, monitoring and execution of construction projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards. This role requires close coordination with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to align all activities with the company’s management plan.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and assess resources to guarantee adherence to the construction programme.
• Determine and monitor work methods and performance of subcontractors and employees.
• Advise on negotiation and selection of subcontractors and suppliers to meet cost and quality targets.
• Manage terms and deliverables for prime contracts and sub‑contracts, protecting company risks.
• Provide input into cost control together with the commercial department and project leadership.
• Coordinate design deliverables and issue them to site subcontractors.
• Ensure seamless interfaces between project sections and suppliers.
• Regularly review health, safety and environment (HSE) practices on site.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of subcontractor and supplier management.
• Ability to coordinate design and technical deliverables.
• Understanding of contract administration and risk mitigation.
• Familiarity with cost control processes and budgeting.
• Commitment to HSE standards and safe work practices.
