Collaboration Specialist

About the role

The Collaboration Specialist will design, implement and govern Microsoft 365 services for AB InBev GCC’s Bangalore hub, ensuring secure, scalable and business‑aligned collaboration tools across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive environments.
• Conduct daily meetings with global site leads to address improvements, challenges and vendor coordination.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, high‑level and low‑level design documents.
• Handle L2+ incidents on the M365 platform, perform root‑cause analysis and drive problem‑management processes.
• Perform compliance policy reviews, enforce RBAC assignments and manage retention policies.
• Oversee end‑to‑end Microsoft 365 licensing lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Proven experience with hybrid Exchange migrations and mail‑flow troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent written and verbal English.
