Chief Executive Officer – Oncology Super‑Speciality Hospital

About the role

The organisation is a dedicated oncology and super‑speciality hospital seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead overall operations, business development and administration. The role demands strong leadership, deep understanding of hospital workflows and the ability to drive growth and high‑quality patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Overall management of hospital operations and administration.
• Drive hospital growth, increase patient footfall and revenue.
• Manage relationships with doctors, referral networks, corporates, TPAs, insurance companies and government scheme authorities.
• Oversee coordination of government health schemes (MAA, RGHS, CGHS, ESI, ECHS).
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with clinical, nursing, HR, finance, billing, marketing and support departments.
• Develop business strategies, new referral and empanelment opportunities.
• Lead and manage hospital teams and department heads.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a super‑speciality or oncology hospital environment.
• Practical knowledge of Rajasthan government health schemes (MAA, RGHS, CGHS, ESI, ECHS).
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and team‑management skills.
• Ability to handle both operational and business‑development aspects.
• Medical or healthcare administration background (MBBS not mandatory).
• Track record of senior hospital leadership preferred.
