About the role
The Store Assistant will manage daily counter operations at Yash Beer Shopee, ensuring smooth sales transactions and a clean retail environment. The role combines cash handling, inventory restocking, and customer service in a fast‑paced beer and beverage outlet.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee counter operations, cash handling and digital payments.
- Restock inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Deliver efficient sales transactions and accurate billing.
Required profile
- Experience in retail or customer‑facing roles with strong sales abilities.
- Proficiency with cash, digital payments and basic POS/billing systems.
- Basic numerical and record‑keeping skills for daily sales reports.
- Ability to multitask during peak hours and manage time effectively.
- Good communication in English and local languages spoken in Mumbai.
- Reliability, honesty and attention to detail in handling payments and inventory.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
