About the role
The Business Development Manager will lead sales of industrial products across the North region, focusing on Delhi NCR and surrounding areas. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new customers, and nurturing existing relationships to drive revenue and meet KPI targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement efficient sales strategies and plans for the assigned territory.
- Identify, approach, and convert new customers while managing existing accounts.
- Translate market opportunities in the Northern region into concrete sales actions.
- Maintain excellent customer relations and interact with leading customers to develop new applications.
- Monitor market trends, predict their impact, and propose appropriate actions.
- Conduct product trials at customer sites and provide solutions in consultation with technical support.
- Manage receivables, follow up on payments, and handle quality concerns with the plant quality team.
Required profile
- Proven experience in industrial product sales and business development.
- Strong ability to develop new customer business and retain existing accounts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Analytical mindset to identify market trends and translate them into sales opportunities.
