BPS Coordinator & Industrial Engineer (Value Stream)

About the role

Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd is seeking a BPS Coordinator and Industrial Engineer to lead continuous improvement (CIP) cycles, drive BPS maturity, and support value‑stream initiatives across the plant. The role combines coordination of BPS standards with hands‑on industrial engineering activities to enhance productivity and ergonomics.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct System CIP cycles and organise regular reviews.
• Lead BPS maturity assessments and implement improvement actions.
• Drive BPS GO+ initiatives and support plant‑wide BPS deployment.
• Facilitate improvement workshops for PGL elements such as VSD, LLD, and FOL.
• Implement BPS standards according to VM guidelines and manage digital tool landscape.
• Oversee time‑data management, ergonomic evolution of MAE’s, and long‑term space planning.
• Support productivity improvement through MTM analysis and method studies.
• Participate in strategic plant initiatives and collaborate with other locations in VM, BPS, and VCS meetings.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering or BPS coordination.
• Graduate Engineer degree in Automobile, Production, or Mechanical engineering.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing systems and concepts, ideally BPS and IE.
