Associate Relationship Manager - Affordable LAP

About the role

The Associate Relationship Manager – Affordable LAP will deliver high‑quality client service, drive customer retention and support new client acquisition for affordable mortgage loan products. You will manage the full customer journey from initial contact through loan disbursement, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new market opportunities and generate leads through localized activities such as canopy events, leaflet distribution, cold calling and other outreach initiatives.
• Service leads from front‑line sales, cross‑sell initiatives or internal/external channels, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Achieve individual performance targets related to income generation, product sales and onboarding of new clients.
• Manage the end‑to‑end customer journey from login to disbursement, including documentation, counselling, fulfilment and continuous hand‑holding throughout sanction and disbursal.
• Prevent customers from becoming non‑starters and support collections teams in recovering EMIs in case of payment defaults.
• Develop strong market relationships by engaging with local builders, business communities and exploring new channel partners to expand outreach and visibility.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
