About the role

Join Protouch Staffing’s US Healthcare Recruitment team in Noida as an Associate Recruiter. You will connect top‑tier US healthcare professionals such as nurses and therapists with rewarding travel assignments, helping them secure fulfilling positions across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified US healthcare candidates for travel assignments using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build trust and long‑lasting relationships with candidates and partner facilities.
• Guide candidates through the full recruitment process to ensure a smooth, positive experience.
• Stay updated on US healthcare trends, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree from a recognized Indian university.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and work across US time zones (a plus).
