Associate Procurement Representative

About the role

The Associate Procurement Representative partners with internal stakeholders to support spend categories and ensure efficient purchasing processes. Reporting to a Procurement Representative or Manager, this role offers a pathway to advanced procurement and supply‑chain leadership within a stable, growing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather purchase requirements and translate them into actionable orders.
• Obtain and validate data from internal and external sources, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Manage pricing for assigned goods and services, and analyze blocked invoices to identify root causes.
• Place purchase orders, maintain large data sets in ERP (SAP), and handle confidential supplier information.
• Ensure compliance with purchase‑to‑pay policies, participate in audits, and drive process improvements to prevent errors.
• Own and report on established KPIs related to procurement performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong analytical abilities and a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
