Assistant Manager – Sales

About the role

75F is seeking an Assistant Manager – Sales to lead strategic sales of its IoT‑based building automation and energy efficiency solutions. The role focuses on expanding the customer base across builders, contractors, architects and consultants in the APAC region, primarily from the Mumbai office.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of 75F solutions and services by networking with clients, builders, contractors, architects and consultants.
• Deliver product presentations and demos, addressing questions on features, pricing and availability.
• Prepare and present sales and business reports, including weekly/monthly forecasts to management.
• Match 75F solutions to customer business needs, technical requirements and challenges.
• Build and expand customer accounts, positioning 75F as a strategic partner.
• Establish pre‑sales support infrastructure for site surveys, audits and project proposals.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech and MBA from a reputed university.
• 8–13 years of experience in HVAC/BMS controls sales, primarily within the HVAC, building controls or energy‑management sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets in competitive, channel and enterprise‑driven environments.
• Experience working with large Indian or multinational organisations.
