Assistant Manager – Restaurant Operations

About the role

Picture yourself brightening someone’s day by overseeing daily restaurant operations at a leading hotel brand. You will ensure smooth service, create a warm atmosphere where every guest feels like a VIP, and help develop menus that deliver unique dining experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily outlet operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and smooth service.
• Supervise, train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Monitor inventory, control costs and manage ordering to optimise profitability.
• Drive upselling initiatives, track sales performance and support revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations, including food safety standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping and other departments for seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or at least 1‑2 years as an Assistant Manager in a high‑end restaurant or hotel.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
• Excellent communication, grooming and interpersonal skills; fluent in English.
• Friendly, professional, guest‑focused attitude with the ability to work flexible shifts.
