Assistant Manager HR Business Partner (Manesar & Sanand)

About the role

The Assistant Manager HR Business Partner will support Bosch's manufacturing and service sites in Manesar and Sanand. Reporting to the HR leadership, you will act as a strategic partner for all M&SS employees, ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers, HRM team and HRS to recruit new M&SS associates.
• Coordinate inter‑ and intra‑entity transfers, inductions, confirmations and final settlement processes.
• Handle grievance management, industrial relations and organize employee engagement activities such as annual day, sports events, health camps and celebrations.
• Ensure timely payment of statutory dues (PF, ESI, LWF) and renewal of factory, contractor and labor‑law licences.
• Verify contractor compliance, share ESP data, and validate vendor invoices.
• Source, contract and manage apprentices, maintain attendance, ID cards, leave records and oversee contract termination.
• Provide payroll inputs, verify trainee attendance and support compensation processes.
• Conduct induction training for new trainees and assess completion.
• Plan transport for M&SS and trainee operators, address related grievances, and oversee canteen and communication services.

Required profile

• Experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
• Good knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance and industrial relations.
• Hands‑on experience with recruitment, apprenticeship management, payroll support and employee engagement.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and external vendors.
