About the role

The Assistant Manager – Guest Relation will support the Front Office Manager in delivering exceptional service standards at Hyatt Regency Kolkata. This role ensures smooth daily operations of the front desk while upholding Hyatt’s corporate strategies and brand expectations.

Key responsibilities

Assist in the efficient running of the Front Office department in line with Hyatt International’s standards.
Support the Front Office Manager with day‑to‑day front desk operations, including guest check‑in/check‑out and concierge services.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest, employee, and owner expectations.
Monitor and maintain service quality, addressing guest concerns promptly.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader in Guest Relations within a hotel environment.
Strong communication and customer relations abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
