Assistant Key Account Manager – E-commerce

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Key Account Manager to drive our online presence across major e‑commerce and quick‑commerce marketplaces. You will work closely with internal teams and external platform partners to ensure smooth operations, catalogue accuracy, and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales on platforms such as Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy.
• Handle day‑to‑day marketplace tasks including product listings, promotions, deals, discounts, and issue resolution.
• Maintain catalogue hygiene by updating product information, pricing, images, and inventory.
• Coordinate return handling processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and optimise fulfilment operations and overall marketplace performance.
• Stay current with advertising tools and growth strategies for each platform.
• Analyse sales data, identify trends, and implement action plans to boost performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and platform account managers for seamless operations.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, market trends, account health, and operational updates.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing Flipkart and quick‑commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy).
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, catalogue management, and online sales processes.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on data‑driven decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Prior direct experience with Flipkart or quick‑commerce businesses is preferred.
