About the role

Join the hospitality team at Hyatt Regency Pune as a Waiter/Waitress, delivering consistent, high‑quality service to guests in the hotel’s dining areas. You will be the front‑line ambassador, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless food and beverage experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations and dining areas.
• Assist guests with menu selections, answer questions, and accommodate special requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate order delivery.
• Handle payment transactions and process bills efficiently.
• Uphold Hyatt’s service standards and health‑safety regulations at all times.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel or restaurant operations.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Professional, courteous, and flexible attitude.
