About the role

Park Hyatt Chennai is seeking enthusiastic waitstaff to join its dining team. As a Waiter/Waitress you will deliver consistent, high-quality service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with a courteous demeanor.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve meals and drinks, checking for guest satisfaction throughout the service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve minor issues with professionalism.
• Process payments and ensure accurate billing.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant or similar role in a hotel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
