About the role
The Process Associate will join HCL Technologies' Voice Process team, handling customer interactions primarily through email and chat. This entry‑level position is designed for fresh graduates and focuses on delivering high‑quality support within the Order‑to‑Cash domain.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer queries via email and chat, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across multiple systems.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex cases to senior teams.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate (2024 or 2025) from Arts & Science streams.
- Strong written communication skills for email and chat support.
- Ability to work onsite and handle a high volume of customer interactions.
