About the role
The role involves contacting US record‑keeping offices on behalf of providers and other businesses to retrieve essential documents. You will work primarily on US shifts, supporting a remote team that ensures accurate and timely information flow.
Key responsibilities
- Call US record‑keeping offices of providers and other businesses to facilitate record retrieval.
- Research the accuracy and sufficiency of information for target offices.
- Create accurate, professional notes documenting case progress.
- Interact with stakeholders across the ecosystem to share and obtain case‑related information.
- Identify and suggest process‑improvement opportunities on an ongoing basis.
Required profile
- Strong work ethic, discipline and attention to detail.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness and ability to work US shifts.
- US healthcare voice background is an advantage, though not mandatory.
- Commitment to stay in the role for at least 18 months.
