Transport Coordinator

About the role

The Transport Coordinator ensures timely tracking, accurate data entry, and smooth delivery of shipments across the US region. Working closely with carriers, internal teams, and customers, the role supports the end‑to‑end transport process and maintains high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Track and trace all shipments, ensuring milestones are recorded in TMS/OTM.
• Enter order, trip, and shipment data accurately and on time.
• Maintain rapport with transporters and carriers, handling queries promptly.
• Prepare and publish daily/weekly performance reports.
• Identify and flag operational issues to management.
• Adhere to SOPs, PTQ First Choice guidelines, and organizational policies.
• Support peak‑load periods and month‑end closing, including night‑shift work.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Strong typing speed (minimum 25 wpm) with 95 % accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.
• Understanding of transport operations and willingness to work US night shifts.
• Team‑player attitude, ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs.
