About the role

The Training Coordinator will oversee the delivery of training programmes across Delhi, Bangalore and Lucknow. This role ensures smooth scheduling of faculty, optimal use of classrooms and staff, and supports students throughout their learning journey.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule faculty and manage classroom and staff resource utilization.
• Form batches and file mandatory documentation for students.
• Distribute courseware to enrolled students.
• Inspect student grooming and conduct parent‑teacher meetings.
• Support placement‑related activities and manage student fee collections.
• Prepare daily reports on training delivery and placement outcomes.
• Oversee the student certification process.
• Monitor attendance, reduce drop‑outs and drive upselling through student referrals.
• Organise student engagement activities.

Required profile

• Strong organizational abilities to handle scheduling and documentation.
• Attention to detail for managing fees, certifications and reporting.
• Effective communication for interacting with students, parents and faculty.
