About the role
We are seeking a motivated trainee pharmacist to join our pharmacy in Cumbum, Andhra Pradesh. Working under the supervision of licensed pharmacists, you will assist with medication dispensing, inventory control, and customer counseling while gaining practical experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in dispensing prescription medications accurately and in compliance with legal regulations.
- Support inventory management by stocking, organizing, and tracking pharmaceutical products.
- Provide customers with clear information on medication usage, potential side effects, and proper storage.
- Maintain accurate records of pharmacy transactions and patient interactions.
- Help prepare and compound medications according to standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to keep the work environment clean and organized.
- Assist in processing billing and insurance claims.
- Stay updated on new drugs and pharmacy best practices through continuous learning.
