About the role
We are seeking a motivated trainee pharmacist to join our pharmacy team in Vijayawada. This position offers hands‑on experience in dispensing medications, managing inventory, and providing patient counseling under professional supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in dispensing medications accurately and in compliance with prescriptions while working under a senior pharmacist.
- Support inventory management by stocking, organizing, and maintaining pharmaceutical products.
- Provide customers with clear information on medication usage, potential side effects, and proper storage.
- Maintain precise records of all pharmacy transactions and patient interactions.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to keep the work environment clean and well‑organized.
- Stay updated on new medications and pharmacy practices through continuous learning.
- Assist in the preparation and compounding of medications according to standard procedures.
- Support billing and insurance claim processes for the pharmacy.
Required profile
- D. Pharm or B. Pharm degree.
- PCI license pending (awaiting approval only).
