Track and Trace Associate

About the role

The Track and Trace Associate supports the global flow of shipments by monitoring, updating and reporting on parcel movements across UPS and partner networks. The role focuses on the APAC region but collaborates with branches worldwide to ensure timely and accurate delivery information.

Key responsibilities

• Book HAWBs for Outsourced Service Providers (OSPs) in the Maestro system as requested.
• Assist APAC branches with daily post‑flight checks and ensure pre‑alerts are acknowledged.
• Monitor global email communications and Central Monitoring System alerts to bridge gaps between branches.
• Track shipments at key milestones (collection, departure/arrival, customs clearance, delivery) and provide status updates.
• Oversee high‑value shipments, flag deviations, and coordinate with stakeholders to meet agreed TATs.
• Follow up on missing shipments and run daily reports on dry‑ice replenishment and tracking‑device effectiveness.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for APAC OSPs and make calls to branches for status updates.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, supply‑chain or transportation operations.
• Familiarity with shipment tracking processes and documentation.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones, especially APAC.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to generate accurate reports.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Maestro shipment‑management system.
